One of my favorite things…. after my morning walk, sit back with a cuppa & my journal. I write my Heart messages, gratitudes & intentions for the day! Love my mornings like this!! It sets me up to feel inspired, connected to my Heart, connected & feeling fresh in my intentions & hearts messages. Keeping me aligned to my Hearts truth & passion desires moving forward. Whilst loving the feeling of my Hearts desires in the present moment. Steps to Heart Connection:
~ Place you hands on your Heart & focus your attention to your breath, inward & to your Heart.
~Gentle & deep breaths into your Heart, acknowledging it, feeling it & know that you are making a connection even if it feels subtle
~ Ask your Heart “how do you feel right now?” I find my heart feels quite different to what my head thinks it feels… feel your hearts message back to you, allowing your mind to be shhhh.
~Thank your Heart for giving you that feeling.
~ Ask your Heart what do you need today? Feel the answer, try not to second guess it.
~ How would you like me to do this? Again trust what you feel, write it down. I find the hearts messages are simple, but have lasting affects on our wellbeing.
~ Ask your Heart, what do you truly desire? Feel the message in your body. Then create these as part your intention for the day.
~ intentions are desires for the day ahead like: an abundance of time to get all of my work done & enjoy a lunch break.
~ I have clear & loving connections with all that I meet today
~ My family is safe, supported & happy.
~ I have continued connection to my Heart in all aspects of my day.
~ Write a list of 10 things you are grateful for.
