Raising the vibration of thought
Today and in every day we are all connected and attuned to this amazing vibrational Universe we live in. Everything is a vibration. From a low vibration to a high vibration – Energy.
We are all made up of energy and our vibrations indicate to us how we are going through our feelings. If we feel flat or lacking energy it is then that we need to ask ourselves “At what level am I vibrating at?” Is it a low dense vibrational field of thought feeling pulling me downward, which is then attracting me to low dense experiences or actions. Or is it a positive vibration that is more uplifted, open to now ideas, optimistic about life and feeling free to feel good.
This all begins with our level of thought. If you feel good your vibrational level is high, you will feel light, happy and open to attracting wonderful experiences. If you feel negative or down your vibrating at a low dense level and you will find things just don’t seem to go right, there is no time, you feel unmotivated, flat and your energies feel sluggish.
When we raise our level of thought to be positive our energies just lift, we feel great and the vibrational level is lifted attracting to us that which we desire, it opens us up to manifest wonderful opportunities and experiences that are a positive match to us. Our energy levels feel good and before we know it we have more time to do the things we love, we feel inspired and positively energised.
As we raise our vibrations our potential, our body whole begins to feel good. It is that good feeling that radiates out through our body bringing it into harmony. We feel good from the inside out and that is an attractive thing.
So at this very moment what are you attracting? What feels really good in your life? What feels good, keep doing that. What doesn’t feel good change how you feel about it, remove it or look at it through eyes from a higher perspective. What are the good qualities of this experience, the person, the lesson and focus on that. The higher the frequency the higher the potential. It is through raising our vibrational frequency and putting focus and awareness on our values in life, that our values will be fulfilling and strengthened moving us In the direction of our desires.
Challenges can come into our lives like a big STOP sign. Challenges that arrive are hear to ground you and bring you awareness of who you are, and love of who you are. Challenges can be a reminder to look at yourself and how you are serving yourself, honouring yourself and believing in yourself and what you really value. Our awareness conquers all fear.
Getting in touch with your values and placing positive thought and vibration into them everyday is living your life through fulfilment. Living your life through an inspired state. As we get older our values change. Take a values check. What do you value in your life today? Are your values your own values or are they the values of another? When you write your values down do they inspire you and make you feel great? If your values that you note don’t inspire you and make you feel excited, then its time to tune into what YOU really want in life.
Where do you want to see yourself headed in 6 months, 2 years or 5 years time? What do you love doing in your spare time? How would you like your job to stimulate you creatively and mentally? What makes your heart sing? How do you want to feel and how can you stimulate more of that?
Raising your vibration of thought through the mindfulness of awareness. Awareness of your own innate potential to attract wonderful, fulfilling experiences into your life everyday. To have awareness of what you value and honouring yourself to attend to your values, through positive energy of thought and feeling. This will not only raise your vibrational level to attract these into your life, but you know you are the master of your own life and all the experiences that come to you. Give yourself permission to feel great and go for it!!!
